Participation in The MoPower Exchange constitutes investment through economic activity. Businesses and individuals contribute to the system by:

- Purchasing within the ecosystem

- Promoting and circulating economic activity

No guarantees of income are made. Earnings are based on participation, consistency, and value provided.

4. Transactions & Payments

All purchases made through The MoPower Exchange are transactions between buyers and sellers within the platform.

The platform facilitates these transactions and may collect service fees, including cooperative economic contributions used to support system operations and community reinvestment.

5. Cooperative Contribution

Users agree not to:

- Misrepresent products, services, or identity

- Disrupt platform operations

- Attempt to exploit or manipulate the system unfairly

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

8. Platform Rights

9. Limitation of Liability
